There are various factors that come into play when tracking the various costs and determining whether it’s an asset or cost of goods sold and when it needs to be moved from one category to another. We also understand the importance of tracking subcontractor details for 1099s and insurance audits and are available to help you in any of these capacities.
Retail Clientele
Our retail clienetele varies in products they offer, but the core facets of tracking inventory are always critical. This is why Pam is certified as a ProAdvisor not only in QuickBooks Financial, but also in QuickBooks Point of Sale to help clients with various software needs from the cash register functionality to the back office tracking of bills and inventory management.
Service Clientele
We work with various service based clientele to help them track their billable time and materials as well as being able to have easy access to their financials. For clientele who prefer to have Online QuickBooks, we maintain their files online so they can easily view the information at any time. We also ensure that their online banking information is updated regularly, payrol is complete as well as bank and credit cards reconciled monthly along with the day to day activity tracking of invoicing and bill pay.
