What is the most time efficient way to process recurring invoices?
Setting up a memorized transaction is a great time saver for processing recurring invoices. Initially it is necessary to input the invoice. Once you have the transaction input Edit > Memorize Invoice. The Memorize Transaction box will pop up. Select the Add to my Reminders button and set the recurrence in the How Often box. You will then fill in the date of the next time that you would like the item to be processed. When you are ready to process from the memorized transaction reminder list you need only double click on the entry to process the invoice (the date will also be advanced on your memorized transaction list).
