QuickBooks Consultant

Do you have what it takes to be a QuickBooks Consultant? Looking for part-time and full-time accountants who are experienced with Small Business Accounting and QuickBooks®.

Must have:

  • Accounting degree is required.
  • Extensive experience using QuickBooks® product line for a variety of industries.
  • Ability to train others how to do bookkeeping and accounting functions.
  • Must be able to work well with little direction as a consultant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of for-profit and nonprofit accounting processes.
  • Must understand payroll, sales and use tax processes.
  • Must have excellent time management skills and be able to self manage projects and deadlines.
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects and responsibilities without constant micromanagement.
  • Must be adaptable and understand cloud technology and tools for virtual accounting assistance.
  • Must be able to work with clients face to face as well as via the Internet.

To be considered, you MUST have:

  1. Accounting degree is required.
  2. A home office you can use and be available for computer, internet, fax, etc.
  3. A reliable vehicle.
  4. Minimum 5 years experience with QuickBooks® and be able to become certified within 6 months.
  5. Willing to sign a noncompete/nondisclosure agreement.
